It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kirk E. Hall of Laurel, Delaware, born in Seaford, Delaware, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Franklin F. "Punk" Hall. He is survived by : his mother Joyce Bromley Hall of Laurel; and his brothers, Brent E. Hall and Chad E. Hall (Krista). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and his faithful four-legged companion.

Masks and social distancing will be required.
