She was predeceased by: her parents, William Crawford and Alice Crawford (Dutcher); her husband Mel G. Wissinger; her daughter Cynthia W. Wilson; her grandson Ryan Graham Doherty; and her siblings, William Crawford and Nancy Crawford.
She is survived by: her children, William C. Wissinger of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Melanie S. Doherty of Cape Coral, FL; her son-in-law Shawn Wilson of Bear, DE; her brother Richard Crawford of Townsend, DE; her grandchildren, Michael, Haley, Alex, Hugh, Carol, Evan and Avery; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Rhett, Archer and Lani.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations in Carolyn's memory to The Benevolent Fund, c/o Bible Fellowship Church in Newark, 808 S. Old Baltimore Pike, Newark, DE 19702.
