He was predeceased by : his parents, James E. Fannon, Sr. and Helene Fannon (Barris); his wife Mary Julia Fannon (Hurley); and his grandmother Marie Barris. He is survived by : his children, Mark Sr. (Susan), Jeffrey Fannon (Ellen) and Kimberly Ternes; his brothers, William (Pam) and Thomas Fannon (Chelli); his grandchildren, Dominic, Jenna, Mark Jr. (Andrea), Mary and Madeline Fannon; his great grandchildren, Henry, Elliott Robison, Aubreigh, Addisyn and William Fannon; his nephews, Christoper, Ian, David, Charles Fannon and Patrick Hurley (Brenda); and his niece Cindy Schonberger.
