It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Louise Long O'Bier (Milford, Delaware), born in Northumberland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 6, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Mary Louise Long leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Long and Mary Eleanor Long. She is survived by: her husband Donald O'Bier, Jr.; her brother Chester Long (Sue Fox); her nephew Christopher Long (Lisa); her niece Kelly Cushing (Rob); and her godchildren, Emily Chesser and Patrick Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Avenue United Methodist Church (20 Church St, Milford, DE 19963). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
