He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, William Frederick Schuler Sr. and Elizabeth Schuler (Victory); his wife Lucy Schuler; his sister Barbara Brase of Hamel, Illinois; his children, Mona (Joseph Runewicz Sr.), Peggy (Edgar Burlingame Jr.) and William Frederick Schuler III (Lora); and his stepson Thomas Baker. He was also cherished by his 11 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
