She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Irvin Seibert and Jennie Seibert (Runyan) of Huntington; her husband David Vucinich; her former husband Johnston Bell; her children, Joseph Bell, David Bell, Shana Nava and Donica Rust; her grandchildren, Jenna Mills, Rachel Mills, Lucas and Riley Rust; and her great grandchildren, John and Noah.
