Judith Keefer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Keefer of Millville, Delaware, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on December 6, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Vernon Frank and Dorothy Frank (Young). She is survived by: her husband William R. Keefer; her sons, Kevin Keefer (Peggy) of Glen Burnie, MD and Scott Keefer (Paulette) of Hollywood, MD; and her brother Dennis Frank of Georgia. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing protocols will be observed and masks are required for those in attendance.
In lieu of flowers, donation in Judy's name can be made to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
