He was predeceased by : his parents, Cleveland Dukes and Jeannetta Packer Bishop. He is survived by : his wife Emma Dukes; his children, Randolph (Cheryl Price-Salisbury), Williemae (David Ayers-Milton), Pastor Jeannetta Dukes, Elder Mary Lee (Kevin Williams-Greenwood), Rosie Mae Dukes-Milton, Henry Lee (Nicole Dukes, Jr.) and Leona (Danny Childers-Selma); and his cousins, Albert Baker and Johnny Mack Brown of Long Island, NY.. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren.
