He was predeceased by : his parents, Willard Andrews and Blanche Andrews (Fogwell); his sister Ellen Clemens; and his daughter-in-law Karen Andrews. He is survived by : his wife Joan S. Andrews; his children, Jeffrey Andrews, Tim Andrews and Vicki Torres; his grandchildren, Holly Torres, Kaitlyn Burrell, Rachel Andrews and Steven Torres; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Burrell and Logan Burrell.
