He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Shaver (Butcher) of Newark, DE; his sons, Kevin Shaver (Donna) and Brian Shaver (Tricia) of Newark, DE; his siblings, Robert Shaver of Sutton, WV, Calvin (Lorraine), Jerry Shaver (Sharron), Wilma Foster of Sutton, WV, Reta Cogar (Tim), Karen Mowery and Anita Cook (Charles "Cookie"); his grandchildren, Aloura Shaver of Middletown, DE, Matthew Shaver, Victoria Shaver and Christian Shaver; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Lee Shaver of Middletown, DE and Emmette Charles Shaver.
