Salvatore S. Favazza Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Salvatore S. Favazza of Newark, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 24, 2025 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Geraldine "Dini" Favazza (Loiacano) and Peter Favazza; his significant other Amy Stemple; his children, Nicole Favazza-Welch (Tyler), Salvatore Favazza and Kylee-Kotah; his grandchildren, Abigail Welch and Joshua Welch; his sister Angel Favazza; and his nephew Evan Straight.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Mealey Funeral Home - Limestone (2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Mealey Funeral Home (2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808).
