She was predeceased by : her parents, Everett Crosby and Mary Crosby (Smith); her husband Fulton George Kitson; her son James; and her siblings, Andrew, Jamie, Heath, Ernie, Gordon, Isabel, Marie and Elizabeth.

She is survived by : her sons, Terry (Paula) of Chapel Hill, NC, Frederick (Tami) of Littleton, CO and Robert (Christine) of Newark, DE; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Ryan, Sherry, Rachel, Emma, Christopher, Joy, Hunter and Sara; her great grandchildren, Leroy, Miles, Logan, Aidan and Jack; her sister Judith; and also, Walt and Dixie Curtice. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews in her extended family.
