He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph and Frances; and his sisters, Leticia and Lora. He is survived by : his son Frank, Jr.; his brothers, Ron E. (Sheila) and David; and his nieces and nephews, Lori, Bill, Nicole and Olivia.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate contributions in Frank's name to either the American Cancer Society or the Tri-State Bird Rescue.
