He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Moyer and Caroline Moyer (Schirm). He is survived by: his wife Katherine J. Moyer of Ocean View, DE; his children, Charles Smith (Shannon), Jenifer Shaneybrook (Kevin) and Matthew Moyer (Krystal); and his sister Michele DeDeo (Walter).
