It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blanche S. Bailey of Odessa, Delaware, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Hester Shetzler and Joseph Shetzler; her husband Frank Bailey Sr. (Tank); and her brothers, Joseph Shetzler Jr. and Edward Shetzler.
She is survived by : her brother Earl Shetzler; and her sons, Frank Bailey, Jr. (Sandi), Michael Bailey (Beth) and James (Bo). She is also survived by her grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and several nephews and nieces.
