He is survived by : his mother Helen Marie O'Neal; his wife Dawn O'Neal; his sister Donna; his brother-in-law Donny Attix; his son Michael O'Neal; his parents-in-law, Diane Estes and Ray Estes; his sister Crystal; his siblings-in-law, James Henson and Renee Caldwell; his sister Tracy; and his brother-in-law Jeff Robinson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
