She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertram Biggs and Elsie Biggs; her husband Donald Mastracco, Sr.; and her daughter Debra L. Pentz. She is survived by: her son Donald E. Mastracco Jr.; her grandchildren, Amy Ferrigno, Daniel Mastracco, Russell Pentz, Laura Raley and Robin Mastracco; and her great grandchildren, Dominic Ferrigno, William Raley, Madi Ferrigno, Eleanor Pentz and Adelaide Pentz.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made in Mrs. Mastracco's memory to Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963, or call 855-DHI-GIVE.
