He is survived by: his wife Susan P. Owens of Rehoboth Beach, DE; his stepdaughters, Lily, Hannah and Tabitha; his stepparents, Lydra and Bruce Phalen; his grandchildren, Diana and Collin Nauman; his children-in-law, Donnie Nauman and Julie Owens; and his brother Carl Owens (Patricia). He is also survived by many cousins, family and friends.
