He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Eastman Sr. and Lois Eastman (Larsen); his wife Judy Eastman; and his siblings, Michael Eastman, Linda Daughtee of Iowa and Shelly Kress of Iowa.
He is survived by: his sons, Chad Eastman (Joyce) of Maryland, Shawn Eastman of Maryland and Shane Eastman (Deanna) of Maryland; his grandchildren, Andrew Eastman of Maryland, Alexandra Eastman of Maryland, Larkin Eastman of Maryland, Bryce Eastman of Maryland and Cody Eastman of Maryland; and his siblings, James Eastman (Mary) of Delaware and Ellen Eastman-Shipe of Maryland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
