Peggi Anne Landis Obituary
The passing of Peggi Anne Landis of Selbyville, Delaware leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 8, 2025 at the age of 83. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Peggi Anne may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Peggi Anne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Darvin Dean Purvis and Margaret Frances Purvis (Fallon); and her husband John Edward Landis. She is survived by: her children, Kurt Bittel of State College, PA, Kris Van Maurik of Selbyville, DE and Kelly Bittel of Lander, WY; and her sister El Cupps of Towson, MD. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, 5 grand-dogs, 3 grand-cats, and 2 great grand-dogs.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bishop-Hastings Funeral Home (19 S Main St, Selbyville, DE 19975). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
