He was predeceased by : his brothers, Jimmy Cintron and Jose Maichle. He is survived by : his wife Rachael; his children, Chade Jr., Dru, Elijah, Spencer, Jesse, Kole, Brooke, Ava and Leslie; his mother Bonnie Cole; and his siblings, Clemente, Tony, Blas, April, Lonnie and Chad. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, as well as his brothers and sisters.
