He is survived by : his wife Carol Musial (Kullman); his children, Holly Hina (Tony) and John Musial (Christa); his grandchildren, Rebecca Alexander and Kat Musial; and his cousin Chal Carlin.

As a heart transplant recipient 27 years ago, Joe was an advocate for organ donation.
