She is survived by : her children, Dee and MomMom; her husband John Calvin Smith; her children, Tammy Beal (Jeff), Diane Bowers (Bob) and Chris Smith; her grandchildren, Madyson, Skylar, Marissa, Cayla, Noah, Gracie and Corbin; and her sisters, Cathy Kuhar and Jean Fogarty (Joe).

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, services are private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, 1500 Rosecrans Avenue, Suite 200, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
