With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles W. Rhodes (Wilmington, Delaware), who passed away on November 9, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Rhodes and Pearl Rhodes (Roberts); and his wife Doris Rhodes (Modesto). He is survived by : his children, Theresa Dilks (Dennis) of New Castle, Jon Beckett (Judy) of Ocean View, Kathryn Small (Roy) of Wilmington, Virginia Santiago of Newark, Linda Goodsell (Richard) of Bear and Donna Smallwood of Marathon, Florida; and his stepson Charles Mullen (Patricia) of Yorktown, NY. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
