He was predeceased by: his parents, Fung-Hwa Lee and Wei-Ping Liu Lee; and his siblings, Chuan-Min Lee Liao, Chuan-Yu Lee, Chuan-Pu Lee and Chuan-Kuo Lee.

He is survived by: his wife Catherine Lee of Newark, DE; his children, Nicole Jennifer Lee (Shane Frasier) of Fairfax, VA, Katherine Lee (Michael Quirk) of Acton, MA and Edward Lee (Jennifer Lee) of Gig Harbor, WA.; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Liam, Ethan and Celeste.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a charitable contribution in memory of Chuan-Shue to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society,.
