He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Brown and Helen Brown; his brothers, Carvalee Brown, Leon Brown, Earl Brown Charles Seals, Cornelius Brown and James Brown (Calvin); and his grandchildren, Stephen Javon Ashley, Stephon Barren Ashley and Myesha Michelle Lee.
He is survived by: his daughter Gail A.; his grandson Arthur Jarmar Lee; his siblings, Lawrence Brown of Federalsburg, MD, Arnita Green of Chicago, IL, Joyce Holland of Chestertown, MD, Grace Price (George) of Preston, MD and Joan Baltimore of Salisbury, MD; and his sisters-in-law, Inez Brown of Albany, GA and Dinah Brown of Wilmington, DE. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Congo Funeral Home (2317 N Market St, Wilmington, DE 19802).
