He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Mary Lewis; and his brother Frank Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Katherine Lewis of Hebron, MD, Barbara Lewis of Wilmington, DE, Herbert Lewis of Keansburg, NJ, Beverly Duffy of Salisbury, MD and Janice Sylvestre of Upper Marlboro, MD; and his brother-in-law Paul Sylvestre. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and special friends.
