He is survived by : his parents, Dr. Jeffrey and Jean Malick; his wife Amy Malick; his children, Alyssa Moore (Timothy) and James John Malick; his grandsons, Blake and Hudson Moore; and his brothers, Jeffrey (Kathy), Jonathan (Patti), Jay (Christine) and Jason (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.
