She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Forsythe and Patricia Forsythe; her daughters, Elizabeth and Mary; and her sister Francine.
She is survived by: her daughter Robin Rome; her son-in-law Michael Decker; her grandchildren, Jack and Alexandra Rome; her sister Deborah Greto; her brother-in-law Roy; her sister Patricia Rose; her brother-in-law Robert; and her siblings' children, R. L., Patrick, Francine, Sarah, Owen and Nolan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Ministry of Caring (115 E. 14th St., Wilm., DE 19801 http://www.ministryofcaring.org) and the St. Patrick's Center (107 E. 14th St., Wilm., DE 19801 http://www.stpatrickscenter.org), two organizations serving Wilmington's less fortunate that Loretta held dear to her heart.
