McCullough (Wilmington, Delaware), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 1, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Joseph E. McCullough, Jr. (LeeAnn) of Pottstown, PA and Maureen Parker (Robert) of Newark, DE; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Colin, Thomas, Kelseigh, Gaelen and Liam; and her great grandchildren, Kylie and Hannah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
