He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted and Maxine; and his brother Danny. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Christy, Nicole (Mike) and Melissa (Shawn); his goddaughter Samantha; his grandchildren, Casey, Saria, Caylin, Mikey, Nevaeh, Aubree, Lexi, Shawn and Jason; his great grandchildren, Kinlee, Brynn, Amelia, Jr., Cambriella and Ariella; his pet Chloe; and his close friends, Beverly and Gary Harper.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help offset the costs.
