He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Duncan (Viano) and Richard F. Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Kay Duncan; and his children, C. Heather Watson (Eric), Siobain Malandruccolo and Scott Duncan (Andrea Valentine). He is also survived by one great grandchild on the way; and numerous nephews and close family friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Raymonds name to the Food Bank of Delaware, 222 Lake Dr, Newark, DE 19702.
