He was predeceased by : his parents, James Mazzio and Mary Shannon Godfrey; his siblings, James Mazzio Jr., Mary Lam and Joan Musser; and his stepsister Debbie Marini.
He is survived by : his wife Eleanor; his children, Richard Mazzio (Amanda) and Julie Lee (Robert); his granddaughters, Adrianna, Alana, Gabriella and Alexandra; his sister Shirley Ford (Dave); and his stepsister Nancy Farenski (Joseph). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
