Andrews Sr. (Wilmington, Delaware), born in Ridgely, Maryland, who passed away on December 12, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Andrews and Gladys Andrews; and his son Robert E. Andrews, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jean Andrews; his daughters, Nancy Quinn (Bob) and Carol Hauser (Paul); and his daughter-in-law Tanya Andrews. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
