He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W. Sullivan, Sr. and Sallie T. Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sister Anne S. Foote (Grenville); his son Roy III; his grandsons, Jack and Levi; and his sister-in-law Judy Bryant (Dan). He is also survived by four nieces, a nephew, a great niece, and cousins.
