We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2021, at the age of 66, Thomas I. Hoback of Wilmington, Delaware, born in Pulaski, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas I. Hoback to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his father William E. Hoback; and his brother-in-law Herbert Simpson. He is survived by : his mother Jean Ramando (Hall) of Newark; his children, Stephanie Hoback of New Castle and Dwayne Hoback of Dagsboro; his grandchildren, Thomas Tyler Hoback, Brendon Hoback, Faith Hoback and Sereana Reed; his sisters, Debra Simpson and Celina Douty (Chuck); and his nephews, Chad Douty and Ben Douty.

Face coverings will be required for all those in attendance not immunized with the COVID-19 vaccine per the CDC and Governor of Delaware.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Thomas's memory to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 185 Salem Church Road, Newark, DE 19713.
