He was predeceased by : his wife Marie Cullen Feely; his parents, Hugh Feely and Anna Feely; and his siblings, William, Hugh Feely and Beatrice Curran.
He is survived by : his children, Thomas J. Feely, Jr. (Eileen), Maureen Bowser (William), Dennis Feely (Susan) and Mariann Jennings (Robert). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
