He was predeceased by: his wife Helen A. Hawkins (Mracek). He is survived by: his children, Linda Seamon, Gary E. Hawkins and Gale A. Hawkins; and his sister Sylvia Gouchenour. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
