With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marjorie Hoagland (Pendleton, Oregon), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Marjorie leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Howard "Bill" Hockensmith and Martha Ellen Terney Hockensmith; and her brother Robert. She is survived by: her spouse Major Tom Rogenski; her children, Thomas (Tommy), Randa, Tanya and Julie; Jeannine and Angela. She is also survived by her parents, fought with her brother.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (201 SW Dorion Ave, Pendleton, OR 97801).
In 2015, Julie returned to Pendleton to care for Marj as her Alzheimer's began to progress.
