Hartzog (Mary Jane Jezewski) and Norris H. Hartzog, Jr. (Terrie); her grandchildren, Suzannne Stewart, Norris Hartzog III, Ryan Chmielewski, Kyle Chmielewski, Timothy Hartzog and Alicia Myers; her great grandchildren, Austin and Liadan; and her brother Roger Flaherty. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
