She was predeceased by : her sister Barbara Flaherty. She is survived by : her husband Norris H. Hartzog; her children, Janice M. Chmielewski (Alfred), Timothy E. Hartzog (Mary Jane Jezewski) and Norris H. Hartzog, Jr. (Terrie); her grandchildren, Suzannne Stewart, Norris Hartzog III, Ryan Chmielewski, Kyle Chmielewski, Timothy Hartzog and Alicia Myers; her great grandchildren, Austin and Liadan; and her brother Roger Flaherty. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
