She was predeceased by : her grandfather Michael J McNamara; and her uncle Michael J McNamara II. She is survived by : her parents, Patti and Kevin; her brothers, Colin and Kyle; her grandmother Bette; her aunt Linda; and her pet Daisy Mai.

Honoring her final wish, Kaitlyn's corneas were donated so that two others may experience the most amazing side of humanity as our family has two times before.
