She was predeceased by: her father Amos West; her husband Melvin Oscar Orton; and her sisters, Emogene Cullifer, Nina West and Lillian Hallman.
She is survived by: her children, Wylee West Orton (Linda), Yvonne Orton-Pitts (Ken) and Nina VanCooney (John); her sister Sara Welska; her grandchildren, Lyndsey Orton Perrine (Brad), Audrea Orton, Samual Orton, Westlee Orton (Elena), Justin Pitts, Ashley Pitts and Christian Pitts; and her great grandchild Zoey Perrine.
