He was predeceased by : his parents, Milton Hawkins, Sr. and Carrie Hawkins; his brothers, Milton Hawkins, Jr. and Mark Hawkins; and his children, Cassandra Hawkins and Daniel Hawkins.
He is survived by : his children, Tiffany Hawkins, Felisha Williams and Quentin Maynard; his brothers, Jerry Hawkins and Jerome Hawkins; his grandchildren, Kingston, K'Noah and Kennadi Martin; and his close friend Teresa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins as well as his many friends.
