He is survived by: his wife Kay Novotny; his former wife Roseanne Novotny (Cassisi); his sons, Brian (Aleyda), Jeffrey (Laura) and Gregory (Denise); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Amara, Jenna, Andrew, Evan and Brayden; his stepchildren, Cathy (Tom), Lori (Jerry) and Michael (May); his stepgrandchildren, Trevor, Ryan and Violet; and his siblings, Donald Novotny and Phyllis Crish.
