She is survived by: her husband Albert Rachel Jr.; her sons, Albert Rachel III and Aushawn Milligan; her mother Theresa Edward McPhillips; her brother Rob Tessar Jr. (Jamie); her mother-in-law Linda Rachel; and her siblings-in-law, Alicia Williams (LeRoy), Latoria Dockery (Warren), Adelric Rachel Sr. (Katasha) and Tyrell Rachel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and sorrowing family and friends.
