Phelps (Stevenson); his children, Neil Phelps (Paulette), Brad Phelps and Shawna Wilson; his grandchildren, Delden Phelps, Tyler Wilson, Jasmine Phelps, Karissma Phelps, Melissa Phelps, Aidan Wilson and Kaitlyn Phelps; his great grandchild Liam Turner; and his sister Sally Shea.
