She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Casterline and Helen D. Casterline (Milligan); her husband Harry R. Oakley, Jr.; her siblings, Inez E. "Betty" Hopkins, Beatrice A., Bernice J. and Richard Casterline; and her grandson Mitchell Oakley.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Terri) of Geneva, FL, Kathryn of Herndon, VA, Patrick (Laura) of Chandler, AZ and Byron (Heather) of Avon Park, FL; and her brother Stephen Casterline (Pam) of Rockaway Beach, MO. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
