He was predeceased by : his parents, Grover Kingry and Olive Kingry; and his former life partner Lorraine. He is survived by : his wife Mary Arnold of Bagdad; his children, Sharon Fillingim (Henry), Charlene Kingry, Brenda Godwin (Glen), Annette Randall (Lynn) and Robert Kingry (Teri); and his stepchildren, Mark Burns (Andrea) and Pam Stewart (Steve). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Bill's name to the food pantry of First Baptist Church of Milton (6797 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida 32570.).
