He is survived by: his mother Alison Broxson; his children, Little Chad, Chad Broxson Jr. and River Broxson; his siblings, Amanda Bitner, Leslie Brown, Dylan Smith and Sydney Stewart; his aunt Robin Stewart; his grandmother Patricia Greene; his uncle Charles; his aunt Kimberly Stewart; his cousins, Hannah and Josh Stewart; his brother-in-law Bill Bitner; and his niece Lillian Bitner.
