He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanley Perzanowski and Madeline "Madge" Perzanowski of Whiting, IN; and his sister Janet Belmont of Portage, IN. He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Sparks Perzanowski; his children, Frank Jr. and Gina Kendall of Vancouver, WA; his granddaughters, Mikala Hansen (C. J.) of Omaha, NE, Kassie Perzanowski of Syracuse, IN and Shelby Perzanowski of Hammond, IN; his stepgrandchildren, Kyle Walter of LaPorte, IN, Austen Brown of Indianapolis, IN, Shelbie Miller, Macie Miller and Gwen Brown; his brothers, Tom Perzanowski (Jan) of Merritt Island, FL and Stan Perzanowski of York, PA; and his friends, Joe Dybel, Louie Dybel, George Kauchak, Ben Radamacher and Rudy Sparks.
